This Privacy Policy explains how Quality of Life Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website or use our services.

NOTE: For readability, "site" refers to all pages, applications, and services controlled by Quality of Life Coaching, LLC.

  • Information you provide directly. Name, email, phone number, and any details you submit through our contact form, booking requests, or other communications.
  • Coaching & session information. During coaching consultations and Biofield Tuning sessions, you may voluntarily share personal details related to your goals, well-being, and life circumstances. This information is treated as confidential and is used solely to provide and improve your coaching experience. We are not a medical provider for purposes of these services and this data is not governed by HIPAA.
  • Device & usage information. IP address, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date/time of each visit, collected automatically via cookies or similar technologies.
  • Payment information. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store full card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
2 – Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract: To perform a contract with you or provide requested services.
  • Consent: When you have given us explicit permission (you may withdraw at any time).

Third-party embeds. Our site includes embedded YouTube videos, which may set their own cookies and collect usage data according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. These currently include our website hosting provider (Vercel), content platform (Sanity), video conferencing platform (Zoom), embedded video provider (YouTube/Google), and payment processor.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer, subject to the terms of this Policy.
6 – Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. Coaching session notes and summaries are retained for the duration of the client relationship and deleted upon request thereafter.

We are headquartered in United States and may transfer data to service providers located in other countries. Where we do so, we rely on approved legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

8 – Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
